Real Wedding: Jordyn & Jackson

Best friends in high school, Jordyn and Jackson, met in year 7 but didn’t become an official couple till about 7 years after school. A couple of years later, Jackson popped the question whilst watching a stunning sunrise high in the sky during a Hot Air Ballooning experience. Truly unforgettable.

Jordyn and Jackson tied the knot on 21 October 2022. The Hunter Valley ceremony and reception venue of choice was Tamburlaine Organic Wines. The stunning and immaculate gardens combined with The Lodge for the reception were just perfect. Jordyn said that “Crystal and the team were so amazingly helpful and professional the entire way through, I can never thank them enough for how amazing our day was.”

The couple wanted to create Love Story vibes for their special day so went with a colour scheme of rose, gold, nudes and pinks. They had pink detailing on all their chairs, provided by Affections Wedding and Event Hire, which really complemented the flowers supplied by Noah and The Fox. The wooden photo frames on the gift table were also a lovely touch adding to the warm rustic vibe of the wooden-style lodge.

Their favourite part of the day? Jordyn and Jackson said their band was terrific, the vendors were incredible and they enjoyed every single moment making it so hard to pinpoint a favourite part. They also loved taking photos by the lake at sunset. Ultimately, “marrying my high school best friend was the most amazing thing I’ll ever do,” said Jordyn.
