ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN
To join Hunter Valley Weddings & Events (HVWE), you must either be a venue that offers an exceptional Hunter Valley wedding experience or supply services for weddings in the Hunter Valley region.
Out-of-area businesses may join if they offer goods and services that are under-supplied in this area.
Exhibiting at HVWE wedding showcases is optional, and many members join to access our web and Facebook traffic.
Membership is based on a rolling 12 month subscription. with an automatic renewal invoice sent 1 month prior to the next 12 month period.
Expos are hosted by venues whom are members of HVWE.
HVWE reserves the sole right to approve new memberships, continuing memberships and membership renewals.
HVWE will decide the number of members allowed in each service category on the website and at expos.
